Description:
With lead Broker oversight, provides excellent customer service and processes new and renewal brokerage business, issues quote proposals and binders/invoices, and handles claims, endorsements, audits and other transactional items related to such accounts.
Essential Job Duties
Broker Support
Uses discretion and judgment in reviewing, marketing and submitting new and renewal business.
Subject to authority, prepares and provides agency customers with quote proposals, binders, policies and invoices in a timely manner and within deadlines.
Assists Broker with renewal processing, preparation of renewal solicitations and monitoring of accounts throughout renewal cycle.
Handles endorsement changes and cancellations, follow-up on subjectivities and process claims.
