Associate Channel Development Manager

**Primary Job Function**

Support the development of a sustainable channel strategy for non-target hospitals (private and rehabilitation hospitals). Manage sales and forecasting for non-target hospital channels (private and rehabilitation hospitals). Manage commercial system and report ( eg. MDM)

**Core Job Responsibilities**

Assist the people manager in formulating and executing the sales development plan, process, and strategy for non-target hospitals.

Achieve sales targets for non-target hospitals by:

+ Conducting market analysis to evaluate and select the most suitable hospitals and partners.
+ Developing and implementing detailed execution plans and processes.
+ Organizing training sessions, product usage introductions, and managing complaint cases in non-target hospitals.
+ Continuously motivating stakeholders and ensuring 100% delivery of results.
