Associate Charge Nurse Manager (ACNM) - Orthopaedics and Urology
Location: Wellington Regional Hospital
Contract: Fixed Term, Part Time (0.8 FTE - Rostered and Rotating)

About the Role
The ACNM will provide clinical leadership and clinical support to the nursing team. This role provides coverage from 7.00 until 9.30pm. The ACNM will also support the Charge Nurse Manager with the day-to-day running of the ward, performance appraisals and performance development. The ACNM will use their experience and skill set to role model best practice and support the diverse workforce on the ward.
