Associate Clinic Director

Responsibilities:

• Supports Clinic Director, as assigned, in developing and maintaining community linkages and key community relationships to enhance the site’s ability to serve the local area. * Looks for opportunities to connect local community to all appropriate FHCSD programmatic areas, and collaborates with Patient Engagement staff in this effort.
• Supports the Clinic Director, as assigned, in ensuring site is compliant with applicable regulatory and organizational standards. (The Joint Commission, Licensing, VFC, OSHA, PCMH, FHCSD policies and procedures, etc.). As assigned, ensures staff complete all required training in a timely manner.
• Supports the Clinic Director, as assigned, in ensuring site is managed in a fiscally responsible manner. Implements annual contracts, grants, and grant requirements as directed and in collaboration with other FHCSD departments and clinics as applicable.
