Job Title: Associate – Compliance & Accounts  
Location: Bengaluru (On-site, Richmond Road) 
Experience: 2–4 years (AIF / PE / VC fund operations or fund accounting) 
Qualification: CA (or Inter-CA) / CS 

About Mount Judi Ventures Mount Judi Ventures is a Bengaluru-based venture capital firm built on fair, ethical investing. We manage two funds – the sector-agnostic Mount Judi India Growth Fund (Category II AIF) and the Mount Judi India Micro Fund (angel fund). We take a hands-on, mentor-driven approach to help founders succeed. 

Role Overview We are looking for an Associate – Compliance & Accounts to join our team full-time, on-site. You will own the fund’s compliance, regulatory reporting, investor onboarding, and operational workflows, working closely with trustees, auditors, custodians, and portfolio companies.
