Job Description
Responsibilities
- Ensure all transactions have been captured and accounted for correctly on internal client books and records are completed accurately within internal market and SLA deadlines
- Track and execute lifecycle events from initial set-up to closeout; taking into account coupons, corporate actions, dividend payments and resets
- Liaise directly with clients and other market participants to confirm and settle transaction.
- Perform and review reconciliations between internal and external data sources. Timely resolution of exceptions.
- Respond to complex queries from external parties in relation to associated trades/positions.
- Represent the team in cross-functional initiatives and/or projects.
- Provide technical guidance to the team by successfully onboarding new hires, proactively addressing complex issues, critical clients and escalations.
