Role Overview
Infosys Brazil is looking for a Consultant SAP MM with entry to intermediate level experience to learn and transition to SAP VIM / ICC (OpenText). The role involves providing AMS support for SAP VIM, analyzing and resolving incidents, and collaborating with technical and business teams.
What You Will Do
- Provide AMS support for SAP VIM
- Analyze and resolve incidents
- Support end users in VIM-related processes
- Assist with VIM configuration
- Analyze integration issues
- Perform functional error analysis
- Document cases and solutions
