We are seeking a detail-oriented Contract Management Professional to support end-to-end contract lifecycle processes across commercial agreements. This role involves drafting, reviewing, redlining, and tracking contracts such as NDAs, MSAs, SOWs, MoUs, and vendor agreements. You will play a key role in ensuring contracts are accurate, compliant, and aligned with business objectives while maintaining a structured repository and tracking critical milestones.
Working closely with cross-functional teams including legal, procurement, and business stakeholders, you will contribute to contract negotiations, risk identification, and timely execution of agreements.
