Job Description
Key responsibilities (not exclusive):
Oversee maintenance of the general ledger in J.D Edwards for management companies and ensure completeness, accuracy, and consistency of financial records.
Review of bookkeeping prepared by the service provider.
Prepare and reconcile inter-company accounts.
Coordinate the preparation of quarterly bond reporting.
Coordinate the preparation and review of the tax returns, monthly/ annual VAT returns
prepared by tax advisors.
Prepare management accounts, own, and run the quarterly cost allocation process.
Calculate income fees. Oversee issuance of invoices.
Maintain close working relationship with internal stakeholders such as the fund finance
teams, legal, compliance, treasury, etc.
Prepare the Annual Accounts under LuxGaap and UK Gaap.
