Job Description
- Experienced cost management professional with minimum 12 years in the construction industry including minimum of 5 years in Dubai or the Middle East.
Ideally involved primarily in Post-Contract roles having managed high-profile landmark projects and has led teams of larger than 6.
Experience in a range of asset types including High-End Residential Commercial and Hospitality.
Experience in management and assessment of claims and strong contract administration skills (FIDIC) for both consultants and contractors.
Experience in leading projects with large CAPEX values exceeding US$ 200 million.
Ability to take ownership and lead work under minimal direction.
