Responsibilities

• Performing benchmarks and market analysis in the telecommunications field.
• Participation in commercial and technical due diligence.
• Development of strategic plans and business plans.
• Perform carve-outs with focus on fixed and mobile operators.
• Manage end-to-end M&A operations: evaluation, analysis, execution and support during integration.
• Elaboration of financial models for project valuation.
• Responsible for the generation of the necessary documentation for presentation to the client or investment committee.
• Direct dialogue with the client.
• Keeping abreast of new trends in the world of telecommunications.

Requirements

• 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Experience in due diligence (commercial/technical) and M&A transaction management.
• Ability to define corporate strategy based on TMT market analysis.
