Rutgers Law School (RLS) seeks an experienced and strategically-minded candidate with a record of setting and achieving student success goals to lead our Bar Studies and Academic Success Departments, with oversight of staff members in Newark and Camden. The successful candidate must be creative and organized and should possess excellent teaching, analytic, quantitative, and collaborative skills. The Assistant/Associate Dean must possess a commitment to advancing student success from matriculation through bar admission.The Assistant/Associate Dean of Bar Studies and Academic Success will report directly to the Dean and work closely with the faculty and administration.
