Associate Design Director

Lead and oversee the design team (interior designers and drafters) in the conceptualization, development, and implementation of interior design and renovation projects from inception through completion

Ensure design quality, technical accuracy, and timely delivery of project requirements

Develop and oversee design conceptualization, including preparation of design concepts with detailed material selections and specifications in accordance with client requirements

Assist in managing design development and site implementation independently from project inception through completion

Oversee the preparation of design presentations including 3D visuals, perspective drawings, color renderings, and layout plans with detailed material specifications

Ensure proper understanding and application of technical aspects of design implementation and construction requirements
