Key Responsibilities

• Accountable for outcomes of Analysis & Design, translating domain needs into initiative proposals and delivery.
• Enable and expand Analysis & Design capabilities for Biomedical Research, establishing vision, value proposition, and strategic roadmap aligned with business priorities.
• Own creation, delivery, and lifecycle transition of domain‑specific software and initiatives, including prioritization, planning, supplier selection, execution, rollout, scaling, and transition to operations.
• Drive predictable planning and execution across initiatives within scope, time, and budget, aligning with stakeholders, adjacent initiatives, and Data & Digital functions.
