Forming part of the Energy Transition team, the Associate Director/Director position in Sydney will play a key role in building our Energy opportunities in the market and helping shape and lead our amazing team by:
Bringing your market brand and energy sector experience to originate new opportunities, strengthening client relationships across strategic and financial investors, developers, large energy users, and hard-to-abate industrials.
Leading the end-to-end execution of transactions across the full deal cycle, including deal structuring, equity and debt raising, financial modelling, and transaction negotiations.
Delivering integrated strategic, commercial, and financial advice to support clients across their growth and transaction agendas, leveraging KPMG’s multidisciplinary teams to provide a seamless, end-to-end advisory experience.
