Associate Director, Asset Management

Purpose and Job Summary:

The Associate Director will be a key member of the ORIX Growth Capital team in New York, focusing on underwriting and portfolio management. Key elements of the role include company and investment evaluation, industry and economic research, analysis of micro- and macroeconomic trends impacting company performance, term sheet review, company-specific and industry-wide due diligence, financial modeling, legal documentation and close, focusing on underwriting and portfolio management. The successful candidate will work closely with Senior Management of ORIX Growth Capital, equity investors and management teams to successfully grow the ORIX Growth Capital brand.
