Associate Director, Capital Structure & Rating Advisory

The purpose of the role is to work closely with senior members of the Capital Structure & Rating Advisory (CSRA) team and partner with Relationship Managers and Product Partners to engage priority corporate clients on capital structure insights that support origination efforts. The scope includes tactical positioning with debt investors to minimize the cost of capital raise, funding and liquidity considerations, and managing volatility through mitigating regional risk exposure and quantifying inefficiencies.
