Job Description
We are seeking an experienced compliance leader to drive the Company’s compliance and regulatory governance framework in line with RBI regulations applicable to Middle Layer NBFCs and fintech-led lending businesses. The role will partner closely with senior management and the Board to ensure strong regulatory oversight, governance, risk management, and effective regulatory engagement.
What You'll Do:
Regulatory Strategy & Governance
Lead the enterprise-wide compliance framework for the Company.
Ensure compliance with regulations issued by:
Reserve Bank of India
FIU-IND
Ministry of Corporate Affairs
Other applicable regulatory authorities
Provide strategic guidance to leadership on regulatory developments and emerging compliance risks.
Drive governance and compliance alignment with RBI regulations applicable to Middle Layer NBFCs, digital lending, outsourcing, fair practices, customer protection, and IT/data governance.
