Associate Director- Debt Capital Markets (Emiratised Role)

JOB PURPOSE

• Assisting and supporting the DCM team in the marketing and execution of sole‑lending club and syndicated loan transactions
• Ongoing preparation and update of marketing material transactions documentation Loan Origination related strategies and MIS reporting as and when required
• Coordinate with the Loan Origination team in producing term‑sheets pitch‑books documentation post closing with external counsel internal finance CAD legal and loan agency
• Credit evaluation and financial analysis of corporate and financial institution clients
• Meet annual targets as provided by the Head of DCM Bond Syndicate
