JOB SUMMARY

The Associate Director- Digital Learning & Content is accountable for defining and delivering Cybersight’s global digital learning strategy and ecosystem, ensuring it drives measurable improvements in clinical capacity, professional development, and eye health outcomes globally. The role sets the strategic direction and standards for digital learning across Cybersight and contributes to Orbis’s broader learning and training models by integrating digital learning with clinical programs, platform capabilities and global partnerships.

The role leads a multidisciplinary global function, and is responsible for ensuring that Cybersight’s learning ecosystem is scalable, evidence-based, and embedded within training systems across multiple countries and institutions.
