Associate Director / Director, Investment

Based in Singapore, the Associate Director/Director, Investment will support CLASML’s global hospitality investment strategy through end-to-end deal origination and execution, contributing to pipeline growth and delivering well-structured, value‑accretive transactions.

• Proactively source and originate investment opportunities across global markets.
• Leverage strong industry networks to access proprietary and off‑market deals.
• Build and maintain relationships with owners, operators, brokers, and partners.
• Lead full transaction lifecycle independently, including evaluation, underwriting, due diligence, and execution.
• Prepare and drive internal approval processes (investment papers, memos).
• Lead and support SPA negotiations and transaction structuring.
