Associate Director, Enrollment Management Infrastructure Support & Cybersecurity

Position Summary

The Associate Director, EM Infrastructure Support & Cybersecurity is responsible for the delivery, stability, and security of technology infrastructure that supports Global Enrollment Management and Student Success (GEMSS) systems and services. Oversee day-to-day infrastructure operations, stay updated and informed about emerging cybersecurity trends, risks, and best practices, recommend process improvements, ensure the reliability and performance of critical platforms, and advance cybersecurity practices in alignment with university standards and regulatory requirements.
