Associate Director: Field Operations

Job Responsibilities

• Manage 1000+ Field operators, Field coordinators, Quality auditors across 50+ countries globally to deliver data collection/curation of maps for technology giants
• Identify Field partner agencies in US, work with procurement teams to negotiate rates, prepare and manage field contracts and onboard them to CTS to perform work for potential clients
• Manage day to day partner calls, come up with operator and partner scoring methodology and measure their performance on daily/weekly/monthly basis
• Work with support quality and training teams from CTS, Client and Partner side and setup quality framework and analytics for new engagements
• Manage Daily/Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly business reviews with customers and partners
• Oversee end-to-end autonomous vehicle field operations, including depot setup, capacity planning, and day-to-day depot management across geographies
