**Job description**
**Role Purpose**
A senior member of the Funds Oversight team which is responsible for Investment Restriction Monitoring (IRM) and Oversight of Collective Investment Scheme Operators (CIS Oversight).
**Responsibilities:**
The role will manage and develop the IRM team which is responsible for:
• Ensuring the clients are operating in accordance with relevant investment objectives, rules and restrictions on the constitutional documents and investment management agreement of the fund. This can include funds where HSBC has a fiduciary obligation or contractual obligation.
