Associate Director, High Net Worth Underwriting

Reporting to the Executive Director, HNW Underwriting, the Associate Underwriting Director/Underwriting Director assumes responsibility for risk selection to meet departmental objectives.

• UW case handling in accordance with RGA standards, philosophy, and guidelines.
• Contribute to and/or conduct client meetings, trainings, audits, forums, seminars, and other events with internal or external clients.
• Provide on-site underwriting support for cases when necessary.
• Render prompt, efficient, and courteous service to clients, ensuring timely and quality service standards.
• Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders such as pricing, business development, administration, claims, traditional/regional/global underwriting, and medical team.
