Summary:

Act as a trusted advisor to Finance Leadership on organizational design, ensuring efficiency and proper resourcing. Identify and develop the next generation of finance leaders and lead the Organization & People Review (OPR) process for the global finance client group. Partner with Finance Executives to identify and recruit executive-level talent with specific capabilities such as Controllership, FP&A, Tax, and Treasury.
