Legal, Compliance and Governance
To lead and oversee the organisation’s compliance framework to ensure adherence to applicable laws, regulatory requirements and internal policies, while providing strategic advisory support to the Head of Legal & Secretariat and Head of Group Compliance.Act as the legal advisor to the internal stakeholders, business units, senior management and where required, the Board Committees and Board of Directors on all legal matters relating to company law, capital markets and securities laws, banking and financing laws, Securities Commission guidelines including but not limited to the anti-bribery and corruption laws, personal data protection laws, anti-money laundering laws and any other applicable laws governing the regulated activities in Malaysia including REIT and non-REIT entities.Drafting, reviewing, vetting and preparation on key legal documents, including contracts, agreements, financing and loa...
