Associate Director of Pharmacy Operations

Job Summary:
The Associate Director of Pharmacy Operations assists with the responsibility for managing and planning for the efficient and effective delivery of outpatient pharmacy services. This position also provides leadership for the 340B program and other activities pertaining to the business aspect of outpatient pharmacy services. The deputy director helps to provide a vision and leadership for SUNY Upstate University Hospital's efforts to expand outpatient pharmacy programs to benefit patients of our healthcare system and community. Responsibilities include monitoring and expanding the Outpatient Pharmacy and 340B retail programs including contract development, collaborating with purchasing, legal, and audit leadership, and monitoring outcomes.
