Associate Director, Reward
London | Hybrid (3 days onsite)
We’re partnering with a leading charity to hire an Associate Director of Reward into a high-impact, standalone role.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a technically strong, hands‑on reward professional to take full ownership of the reward agenda – shaping strategy while staying close to delivery.
You’ll lead on pay, bonus, benefits and recognition, working closely with senior stakeholders to drive a compelling and competitive reward proposition that supports attraction, retention and engagement.
The Role
- Own and deliver the end‑to‑end annual reward cycle (salary reviews, bonus, benchmarking)
- Lead reward strategy across benefits and recognition, embedding frameworks across the organisation
- Act as custodian of job grading and evaluation
