Associate Director / Senior Manager, Data & BI

Job Description

We are seeking an associate director / senior manager, Data & AI to accelerate adoption and effective use of Client 360 (C360) data across the insurance business through C360 Data UI, self‑serve analytics, and maximizing business adoption and value from C360 data.

This is a business‑facing BI leadership role, sitting within Data & Analytics and partnering closely with Distribution, Marketing, Operations, Product, and Senior Management across Life & Health (L&H) and Wealth & Pension (W&P).

The role focuses on enabling the business to access, understand, and confidently use C360 data through intuitive dashboards, governed self‑service analytics, and consistent performance metrics—so data is embedded into everyday management, frontline decisions, and executive discussions.
