Associate Director, Virtual Adult Evening Programs

About This Role

We are seeking an Associate Director of our Virtual Program, to lead our team while continuing to participate in patient care. If you are passionate about helping other clinicians grow, and concurrently being given the opportunity to remain an expert in your clinical skills, you would be a great addition to our team.This is a full-time position that is Monday through Friday with the specific schedule based on program needs. The scheduling will cover evening hours, 12:00-8:00 PM CST. This will be a fully remote position.
What You'll Do:

Assist Program Directors in overseeing quality of care in virtual PHP and IOP programs

Coordinate with the onsite over 18 programs to ensure alignment of programming and areas of overlap between virtual and onsite programs

Manage clinical team of 5-10 group therapists 

Conduct and document intakes of new patients to the program
