Associate Engineer, Process Sustaining Engineering

Primary Function

Sustain and optimize package‑level test processes by monitoring production, addressing process issues, and driving continuous improvement. Provide technical support to maintain yield, quality, and equipment reliability in a high‑volume semiconductor manufacturing environment.

Educational Background

Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or related technical field from an accredited institution.

Experience

Entry‑level: No professional experience required. Internship or project experience in semiconductor manufacturing, process engineering, or mechanical design is an advantage.
