Job Description
What You Will Do
- Lead and supervise a team of technicians.
- Ensure technicians perform disassembly, inspect, repair and assembly functions of engines, its associated modules, parts, components or accessories in our OEM MRO facility.
- Carry out the work properly for specific aircraft engine parts within the cell with current approved technical data and standard work processes.
- Solve technical issues and problems as appropriate when encounter in their daily work.
- Carry out Total Preventative Maintenance (TPM) on equipment.
- Assist the Assistant Foremen/Cell Leaders in their day‑to‑day operations to achieve production targets, corporate goals and discipline.
- Comply and adhere to the code of ethics as well as EH&S regulations, standards, requirements and procedures.
- Carry out SAP transaction.
- Perform cross‑functional jobs within the department if required.
