Our client is a prominent Family Law Firm based in Toronto, they are currently expanding and seeking a highly qualified associate family lawyer to join the team. With their busy workload and growing client base, they require a candidate with a minimum of 5 years of experience in Family Law.
What you will need to succeed
Minimum of 5 years experience in a law firm dealing with Family Law matters.
Ability to manage your own files while providing guidance and support to junior lawyers on strategy and legal issues.
Excellent knowledge and understanding of contested divorces, custody and access disputes, child and spousal support, as well as property and equalization of net family property.
Excellent communication skills and appreciation for providing outstanding, cost-effective, and responsive legal services to clients.
Entrepreneurial spirit and proven success in building client relationships.
