The IAM (Identity and Access Management) team is continuously trying to optimise and automate manual tasks to cope with the tremendous growth of the company, moving away from traditional IT into a more DevSecOps approach relying on technology to empower people. This team keeps the show running by onboarding and offboarding user accounts, managing accounts, and granting/revoking access to tools. It is a multidisciplinary team with a customer first attitude.
