Job Description

As an Associate in our Investment Banking coverage team, based in either Sydney or Melbourne, you will be a key contributor—and at times a leader—of work streams in the group’s transaction execution, marketing, and client coverage initiatives for General Industries (GI) and Financial Sponsors Group (FSG) clients. You will also play a part in driving the culture, capabilities, and overall strategy of the business.
Job Responsibilities:
Participate in the full cycle of transactional execution for GI and FSG clients, including preparing marketing pitches, reviewing and formulating financial analysis, and preparing and presenting internal and client presentations.
Play a leadership role in implementing the execution function, including working with and supporting analysts, as well as assisting more senior bankers.
