iSoftStone, Inc. is seeking an Associate IT Support Engineer to Join our Team in Palo Alto, California! *This is a 6-month contract role which will be 100% onsite in Palo Alto, CA***Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.**RESPONSIBILITIES:Daily IT & Network Operations-Maintain and troubleshoot office network infrastructure (routers, switches, firewalls, Wi-Fi, and VPNs) to ensure stable connectivity.
-Manage basic server environments and administer office collaboration platforms (e.g., Office 365, Google Workspace, Azure AD).Employee Technical Support (L1/L2)-Act as the primary point of contact for IT issues, providing direct on-site support for office staff.
