Job Description
Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Associate Lawyer to join their Dubai office. This role provides high level legal advisory services across a broad range of practice areas, including Corporate & Commercial, Mergers & Acquisitions, Real Estate, FinTech, TMT, Employment Law, Intellectual Property, Dispute Resolution, and Succession Planning (including DIFC Wills).
The successful candidate will handle both contentious and non contentious matters across UAE mainland, DIFC, ADGM, and free zones, ensuring clients receive strategic, practical, and compliant legal solutions.
About the Requirements- Corporate & Commercial - Advise on corporate structuring, company formation, and regulatory compliance. Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts and agreements.
