The firm’s Bankruptcy, Insolvency, and Restructuring Group is on the lookout for a skilled associate with 4-7 years of experience. You will represent companies in distress, manage comprehensive restructuring efforts, and provide expert legal advice. Key tasks include preparing vital court materials and strategic documentation in alignment with the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act.
