Job Description
An Associate Lawyer would have the following responsibilities:
- Conduct legal research and prepare an analysis of the pertinent legal points
- Coordinate with external parties such as the government and other officials regarding client requirements
- Assist lawyers in the preparation and filing of legal documents with the various courts and government agencies.
- Coordination with government offices for standard documentation
- Handle logistics and coordination
- Managers other assigned work
An Associate Lawyer must have the following requirements:
- Must have graduated from Law
- Must have passed the bar exam and taken his lawyer’s oath
- Be a member in good standing of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines
