Associate Legal Counsel

Provides general legal support with emphasis on corporate, contracts, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provides analysis / strategies and counsels on legal and policy issues;
• Ensures that all transactions and agreements made by the company and client are within the framework of law. Anticipates and guards against legal risks facing the company;
• Represents the company or its officials in various legal proceedings;
• Prepares contracts and reviews business documents;
• Writes and administers client contracts;
• Develops and recommends improvements on legal documents, contracts, forms, instruments;
• Writes reviews and edits reports, opinions, correspondence, articles and other documents;
