This role is centered on the end-to-end M&A and fundraising lifecycle. Ideal candidate would be responsible for driving business development, managing investor relations, and executing transactions from start to finish.
Key Requirements
Experience: 3–4 years of relevant experience in a similar profile (consulting firms/transaction advisory).
Qualifications: MBA (Finance), CA, BBA, CFA, or equivalent.
Core Competencies Required:
Transaction Documents: Proficiency in financial modeling, valuation, and creating transaction collaterals (Pitch Decks, Information Memorandums, Teasers).
Market/Sector Research: Should be capable of deep research into various verticals and analyzing business trends/investment cycles and future prospects
