Associate Manager- Indirect Sourcing

The Sr Specialist – Indirect Procurement will collaborate with the Supply Chain Category Management team and internal Centers of Excellence (CoE) to build and maintain the annual RFx pipeline. This role is accountable for managing RFx timelines, assessing risks, creating mitigation plans, and ensuring productivity targets are achieved. The position requires adherence to Carrier’s standard sourcing processes and effective use of tools such as Ariba to execute RFx events.

Additionally, the role focuses on building organizational capability and capacity to support growth and high-performance expectations, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and driving talent attraction, engagement, development, and retention.
