Job Description

This role is to support Community Marketing, HOKA to build up and establish HOKA’s running community in China. By running daily running grassroots, seeding by sponsoring qualified running races, joining expos in racesto raise brand awareness and preference in runners.

Program Execution: Develop and implement grassroots running programs across 4 key cities based on seasonal marketing plans and local trends.
Daily Operations: Assist in managing agency partners, oversee budget planning, production of materials, on-site execution, and runner word-of-mouth (WOM) management.
Content & Engagement: Operate HOKA running groups by sharing professional knowledge and social content; collect real-time feedback from the community.
