Associate Medical Requirements Consultant About the job

Youll be based at our Client operations division at our Port Elizabeth office. Youll report to the Manager: Medical Requirements who is accountable for all our captured proposal applications, tele and underwriting and claims chase functions.

You must have passed grade 12/matric with Maths literacy or NFS achievement level 3.

Your experience Exceptional telephone skills Claims administration experience in short- or long-term insurance Previous call centre or customer service experience is preferable Your skills and character traits Organised and administrative skills Quality driven Attention to detail (accuracy is important) Effective with others and contribute to the teams Operate effectively under pressure Task and deadline oriented Multitask and manage multiple priorities #J-18808-Ljbffr
