Associate, Member Experience & Development

The Member Experience & Development Associate supports the strengthening of relationships with CAPA member organisations (Professional Accountancy Organisations – PAOs) across the Asia-Pacific region with focus on enhancing both member development and the overall membership experience. The role focuses on enhancing the member engagement through the coordination and delivery of targeted programmes, engagement initiatives, and capacity-building activities, while also contributing to the development of member organisations. Reporting directly to the Members Experience & Development Manager, the Associate provides operational, coordination, and administrative support across member engagement, membership experience, and PAO development activities.
