Associate Mental Health Therapist

Location: Emeryville, CA
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Salary Range: $75K to $84K a year

Position Summary
Join our Community Wellness & IBH Program as a Behavioral Health Associate Therapist in Emeryville, CA. You’ll work alongside a multidisciplinary team to deliver care coordination and support services that strengthen community wellness and mental health outcomes. This position includes supervision toward licensure and professional development opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Care Coordination & Program Support

• Deliver in-person and telehealth-based care coordination for individuals with behavioral health and social support needs


• Conduct comprehensive client assessments and contribute to individualized care planning


• Facilitate warm handoffs and referrals to behavioral health, medical, housing, and community-based resources
