Job Description
Corporate Action
- Local Shares
- Monitor Bursa Malaysia announcements daily to identify corporate actions that need to be executed (right issue, bonus issues, share consolidation, Dividend Reimbursement Plan, general offer).
- Process local dividend payment.
- Communicate closely with relevant stakeholders and prepare for necessary submissions related to corporate actions.
- Coordinate on submission of tax voucher and any replacement of tax voucher from Registrar.
- Foreign Shares
- Monitor foreign announcements daily for processing of corporate actions.
- Process foreign dividend payment.
- Communicate closely with relevant stakeholders and prepare for necessary submissions related to corporate actions.
Reporting & Other Services
- Periodic regulators / internal submission for both local and foreign shares.
