Associate Pastor

Job Overview

We are seeking an Associate Pastor whose primary calling and gifting is in Discipleship, Spiritual Formation and Pastoral Care. The successful candidate will have a deep passion for forming disciples of Jesus, developing leaders, and cultivating a culture of spiritual maturity within the church.

Responsibilities

• Further advance our Discipleship Pathway by developing small groups, equipping leaders, and fostering a culture of spiritual maturity through growth in spiritual formation.
• Invest in small group leaders by providing training and resources.
• Collaborate with the Community Pastor to ensure newcomers and evangelism course attendees are seamlessly integrated into long-term discipleship.
• Ensure that individuals, regardless of their starting point, are supported in their spiritual formation.
• Help individuals grow toward a life deeply rooted in Christ.
