Associate, People Operations

Position Overview:

The primary responsibility of this role focuses on managing end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes to ensure a seamless hiring experience. This includes sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordinating offers, and facilitating smooth induction and orientation for new hires. The role also supports related People Operations functions such as employee documentation, record management, and compliance. This position reports to the Senior Officer, People Operations, and works under general supervision to ensure timely and efficient staffing aligned with organizational needs.

Responsibilities:

The Associate, People Operations would be primarily responsible for independently managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle.
They would be leading the recruitment through recruiting module of HRMS.
They must be innovative, rational and should be able to draw suggestions and work on demarcated guidelines within the specified Turnaround Time.
